snow + potty

we got a chance {at last!}
to enjoy some snow!


rbaby loved it.
she put her face in it- over and over again.


on purpose- she was "kissing" the snow.




this boy was all into playing spy ninja games,
so his snow mask worked well as substitute cammouflage.




we tried to sled a bit,
but with an unraveling rope {and really... a lack of upper body strength}
this mama didn't pull very many kiddos very far.




and as quickly as it started,
someone needed to go potty-

even though there was a potty break before dressing in our layers-
and threats against even mentioning the need take a bathroom break.




because- you see- talking about going potty...
while wearing snow gear.......spreads like wild fire

and before you know it- we're all back inside again-
leaving a dripping trail of snow madness in our wake.

and some of us even had the bravery to announce we no longer had the urge to go....

once we were all inside & unlayered again.

{sigh}

and so- even though it was short & sweet i must admit it was still a bit easier than last year!
at least we made it outside before our potty break....this time!
