the past few weeks at our house:
rbaby is spinning and twirling on her tip toes-
in love with the sweet cinderella costume
grandma nene brought to her.
{and ggirl is equally as thrilled, since rbaby is no longer borrowing hers}
we're curling up and reading good books,
dressed in beloved disney character-
on floors, blankets, beds and plastic toy cribs.
we're leaving a trail of toy demolition trailing behind our
dainty baby feet and tulle puffed skirt,
{with sweatpants underneath- of course!}.
we're admiring our leaves,
and noting the colors are both boy and girl appropriate-
"pink" in some places, and "dark orange" in others.
we're happily mooching off anything near
our eye level,
{this includes mushy banana slices & old playdoh}.
and, we're loving hearing granddad read us
the inspirational story of christian in pilgrims progress {kid version}.
that actual book was read to my siblings and i, as children.
