and just like that...fall has arrived!

as fall is upon us-
we've been thinking on this verse at our house....




we've enjoyed a weekend visit from these hip folks...




we've colored life size pictures of ourselves....and hung them on our walls.




we've eaten lots of cupcakes to reveal if there would be more pink or blue in our home, early next year. {it's pink!}




we continue to swoon over this toddler girls zainy morning hair.




and love this girl's passion for all things art- particularly paint.
{and her gracious adoration of her mama's stretching efforts to draw things for her to paint}
"it's beautiful, mom!....but what is she wearing?"



we've made our first round of fall leaf cookies....and eaten them all entirely.



we've moved our water fun indoors- and passed many an afternoon pouring, spilling, splashing & sloshing water into our pans.
{during with nboy insists on "wearing his muscles" since they dry of easier than a shirt.}




and, on the brief afternoons of warm sun still left in the fall,
we've admired the hardworking ant family and their scurry to furiously pack food into their houses.
{while wearing goggles & bare feet, of course!}
