i'm just going to tell you the truth:
our two year old- is adorable.
really, she's completely stolen our hearts.....
and just like everyone else's darling two year old-
she's the perfect mix of silliness, pudgy cheeks, picky eating,
and the occassional-observing-stranger-gasp-inducing laying on the floor public tantrum.
she loves to "steal" candy from our candy machine.
which thankfully she can only reach with assistance from our foot stool;
which this mama, now has to hide in the garage- so she cannot drag it along our floor to the candy.
and, i can assure you- confidently- she has consumed more candy in her first two years- than either of her siblings in theirs.
she gives sticky high fives,
slobbery kisses,
and "head hugs" to my baby tummy.
she insists on wearing a bike helmet to "play" outside.
and, i suppose i should appreciate any effort towards safety....
but- really it's an effort to stay up with her older siblings and their bike style attire.
she snubs our shelves of glamorous, learning inducing, childrens' toys....
in our sweetly decorated playroom-
and instead prefers our dusty basket of dvd's and random covers.
she is fearless- especially in granddad's special swing.
we celebrated her birthday twice, because she turned two- after all.
between cupcakes, a going-potty-baby-doll, a backpack & princess duplo's....
well, here's to hoping she'll play with those toys-
over the dusty dvd basket & coloring on my walls with ink pen's... {yes, that's plural}.
oh good gracious, tho- forgive my mama gaggling....
she is the sweetest, most delicious, brown eyed, brown haired little girl.
....adore you, Rtoddlergirlie!
{xoxo, from your momma}

Funny enough, the no handed cupcake eating seems to be a trend for two year olds...
